**Key Responsibilities**:
1.Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
3. Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
4. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining effective communication and fostering positive relationships.
5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested by executives.
6. Assist in the preparation and coordination of board meetings, including agenda creation, document distribution, and meeting minutes.
8. Organize and maintain executive files, records, and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
9. Coordinate and oversee special projects or initiatives as assigned by executives.
10. Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and implement efficient solutions.

**Requirements**:
1. 4-5 years proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar administrative role, preferably in a specialized field.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
4. Proficient in using office software and tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
