About the role

We are recruiting for Training Administrator to be based in Doha, Qatar.

Training Administrator will provide administrative support for the Training Section on a daily basis and assist in follow up of various existing work functions including handling of confidential issues which require a high degree of discretion.

Specific responsibilities of the role include:
Operational

Maintains and update training records in order to have accurate, complete and easily accessible information.

Updates training Data Base in AMPPS system.

Process Airport Passes, Gate Passes as and when required.

Handles training logistics including training material, course files, and allocation of classrooms.

Raises software requests (Pirana) & coordinate with Facility in maintaining the Dept.

Records & request for Pantry & Stationary items.

Initiating IT calls on day today requirement.

Processing and arranging duty travels, visa process, tickets, hotel bookings, and process of per diem allowances prior to the commencement of travel.

Maintaining proper filing for all correspondence generated from Maintenance Training offices and to the various departments within Technical, Head Office and External Service Providers.

Coordinating with external service providers for the services required by the sections.

Handling wide variety of tasks involving the clerical and administrative functions of the office effectively.

Handle other duties and responsibilities as requested by the Management.

About you

Qualifications:
Relevant Tertiary, Trade or Vocational Qualification or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience is required.
Ability to work under pressure with little supervision in a fast-paced environment, able to judge multiple tasks simultaneously will be an advantage.

Maintain confidentiality.
Business oriented and self-initiative
Manages assignment effectively and efficiently
Ensure all enquiries from staff are dealt with efficiency and professionally to promote a can do attitude.
Fluent in English language, both written and oral
Excellent written and verbal communication, computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office,
Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
Can handle responsibilities with ease.
