**About the role**:
You will be supporting the team in validating payroll documents, assisting staff duty travel advances and expense reports as per company policy. Assist in validating of corporate credit card issued to staff for official purpose. Maintain all payroll records required for external and internal audit purposes.
- Assist the Finance Supervisor in maintaining staff duty travel records and reconcile all staff duty travel payments, corporate credit card, journals and staff ledgers to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant Company Policy and Procedures.
- Prepare payroll and duty travel related payments and processing accordingly to ensure the timely and correct payment to staff.
- Assist Finance Supervisor in maintaining various payroll records, payroll journals and ledgers to ensure proper costing in the general ledger for audit purposes.
- Checks routine arithmetic calculation, validate figures and data on appropriate payroll documents entered in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure all records are filed and updated in confidential manner for audit/internal control purpose.
- Assist in providing information to HR about the accounting code, cost center, location, which is required to be defined in the payroll system, for payroll element, at the same time, validate the said record in the system.
- When needed, provide help to team member/s to reconcile charges on the corporate credit card issued to specific employees to ensure that the proper deductions are encoded in the system for payroll processing.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- High School Qualification with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience OR
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 1 ears of job-related experience
- Professional experience in a similar role in a multicultural environment.
- Relevant professional experience in an Airline industry.
- Good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Computer literate with through knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluent in English language, both written and oral.
- Willingness to learn and develop good interpersonal skills. Ability to cope under pressure. Ability to foster teamwork among team members. Flexibility.
- Oracle financials and HRMS exposure is preferred
