**Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support to executives and management, including handling phone calls, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
**Documentation and Filing**:Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems for documents, records, and confidential information.
**Scheduling and Coordination**:Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient use of executives' time.
**Travel Arrangements**:Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
**Office Management**:Ensure the smooth operation of the office by managing office supplies, equipment, and coordinating with relevant service providers.
**Meeting Preparation**:Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes. Distribute minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
**Communication Liaison**:Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
**Data Entry and Reporting**:Perform data entry tasks and generate reports as required.
**Confidentiality**:Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
