We URGENTLY required Female quality nurse as follow:
*Responsibilities:
Quality Improvement Initiatives: Develop and implement quality improvement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance patient care delivery, patient safety, and overall healthcare outcomes. Identify areas of improvement, analyze data, and recommend evidence-based practices to enhance healthcare processes.

Performance Evaluation: Evaluate healthcare practices, procedures, and protocols to assess compliance with regulatory standards, industry guidelines, and best practices. Conduct regular audits and performance assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data related to quality indicators, patient outcomes, and safety metrics. Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings and trends to key stakeholders, including administrators, healthcare providers, and quality improvement committees.

Policy Development and Compliance: Stay updated with local, state, and federal regulations, accreditation requirements, and industry standards related to healthcare quality. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update policies and procedures to ensure compliance with these standards.

Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with healthcare professionals, including nurses, administrators, and other staff members, to promote a culture of quality improvement. Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement initiatives, patient safety protocols, and best practices.

Risk Assessment and Management: Identify potential risks and adverse events in healthcare processes, patient care delivery, and clinical outcomes. Develop strategies to mitigate risks, improve patient safety, and prevent errors through the implementation of evidence-based practices and quality improvement interventions.

Patient Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients and their families, ensuring their voices are heard, and their needs and concerns are addressed. Collaborate with patient satisfaction teams to implement strategies that enhance the patient experience and improve overall satisfaction.

Continuous Education and Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in healthcare quality, patient safety, and regulatory requirements through attending workshops, seminars, and professional conferences. Maintain professional licensure and certifications as required.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent; Master's degree in nursing or healthcare administration is preferred.
- Active registered nurse (RN) license or with dataflow and Prometric.
- Strong knowledge of quality improvement methodologies
- Familiarity with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and healthcare quality indicators.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, including proficiency in using statistical software.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Prior experience in healthcare quality management or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
