Key Responsibilities:
Quality Improvement Initiatives:Develop and implement quality improvement plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current healthcare practices and identify areas for improvement.
Participate in multidisciplinary committees focused on quality and patient safety.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify trends and areas of concern.
Prepare regular reports on quality metrics, patient outcomes, and safety incidents for presentation to management and regulatory bodies.
Utilize data-driven insights to recommend changes that promote better patient care and safety.

Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:Stay updated on relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
Ensure that the healthcare facility is in compliance with regulatory requirements and standards set by governing bodies.
Assist with audits and surveys to maintain accreditation and meet regulatory standards.

Performance Improvement:Collaborate with clinical staff to develop evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines.
Identify opportunities to enhance clinical workflows and reduce inefficiencies that impact patient care.
Facilitate training and education sessions for staff to promote consistent and high-quality care delivery.

Patient Safety:Investigate adverse events, near misses, and patient complaints to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
Implement strategies to improve patient safety, such as developing protocols and guidelines for error prevention.
Promote a culture of open communication regarding patient safety concerns.
Collaborative Care:Work closely with physicians, nurses, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to drive quality improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to staff members in implementing quality improvement projects.

Continuous Professional Development:Stay current with developments in healthcare quality, patient safety, and best practices through ongoing education and professional development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Current and valid nursing license.
- Previous experience in quality improvement, risk management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex healthcare data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement methodologies.
- Attention to detail and critical thinking abilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Proficiency in using healthcare information systems and data analysis tools.

**Salary**: From QAR6,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
