Other Operational Duties would include

**Responsibilities**
- Manages client relationships to provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations.
- Work with the Internal Finance Department and Internal Audit Team
- Takes ownership of assigned projects and tasks.
- Participates in planning and scheduling of client engagements.
- Establishes good working relationships with all partners, managers and staff members.
- Stays updated on latest developments as they affect business and industry, as well as the Firm’s policies
- Conducting research on the financial performance of public companies in the same industry as the client in order to develop comparable data
- Preparing reports detailing findings regarding different aspects of the business being appraised
- Calculating the value of a company’s shares based on financial data such as earnings per share, price to earnings ratios, and price to book value ratios
- Conducting market research on factors that could affect a company’s value including economic trends, industry dynamics, and competitor activity

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in accounting or closely related curriculum.
- At least 5 years’ experience in public accounting or other comparable experience in a variety of business settings, demonstrating a progression in complexity, scope and number of engagements managed.
- At least 5 years’ experience in performing business valuations.
- Proficiency using a variety of software, including the entire Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skill with other financial and accounting software.
- Proven record of successfully managing multiple simultaneous projects and engagements for a variety of clients
- Other accreditations that are helpful include financial forensics and business valuation.
