Head of Design and Printing Shop

Job Summary: The Head of Design and Printing Shop is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the shop, managing the design and printing teams, and ensuring high-quality output for all projects. This individual should have strong leadership skills, the ability to multitask, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the design and printing teams to ensure efficient and effective workflow
- Develop and implement production schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure output meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop pricing strategies and promote services
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner
- Ensure the shop is compliant with health and safety regulations
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology advancements

**Salary**: QAR5,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
