Executive Secretary to The General Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities.**
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the General Manager, All Departments or Individuals.
- Maintaining effective records and administration
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Upholding legal documents of the company
- Communication and correspondence to all departments
- Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments for the General Manager
- Screen phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
**Requirements and Qualification.**
- Must have Bachelors Degree and well educated
- Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the same role
- Good time-management skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be tidy and organized
- Can join immediately
