Salon Receptionist

**Job description**
**Description**:
This position involves the administration of the entire reception and waiting area, the workflow for booking and serving guests, selling and servicing gift certificates, promoting promotions and offers, informing guests about discounts and news, retail assistance, consulting guests, salon tour and others. Compliance with all standards and protocols of service and telephone etiquette, presenting the company in a friendly manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise service bookings by phone, in person or online in accordance with standards.
- Control the arrival and departure of guests and the conditions of their service.
- Monitor the payment system for services and compliance with all financial reporting rules - cash, bank cards, and other payment documents.
- Implement correctly all the necessary printing in accordance with the standards.
- Control of operational processes in the area of responsibility, including opening and closing a shift.
- Financial and general reporting
- Compliance with the rules of telephone and business etiquette.
- Retail and other assistance and consultation of guests
- Salon tour
- Sales and promotion of shares, packages and other offers
- Assistance to guests on additional requests
- Communication on guest complaints and their management
- Keeping the reception area clean and tidy
- Compliance with sanitary standards.
- Control over the safety of working areas, employees and guests.
- Performing other duties on behalf of management.
Pay: QAR2,500.00 - QAR2,501.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
