As Sales Staff at DBK Canteens, you will be responsible for promoting our delicious offerings and providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Engagement**: Greeting customers warmly as they enter the canteen, assisting them with menu selections, and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- **Order Taking**: Taking customers' orders accurately and efficiently, inputting them into the system, and ensuring all special requests or dietary restrictions are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
- **Upselling and Promotion**: Recommending additional items such as desserts, beverages, or special promotions to enhance the customer's meal experience and increase sales revenue.
- **Cash Handling**: Processing customer payments, handling cash transactions, and operating the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness**: Keeping the sales counter and dining area clean and organized at all times, including clearing tables, wiping surfaces, and disposing of trash.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Addressing any customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, and taking appropriate action to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially in processing orders and handling cash.
- Enthusiasm for food and beverage offerings and a willingness to learn about menu items and promotions.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every customer.
