**Job Overview**:
The Touch Screen Wall & Air Hockey Table In-charge is responsible for managing the daily operations, maintenance, and customer experience for both the interactive touch screen wall and the air hockey table. This role involves ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition, overseeing customer activity, organizing events, and maintaining safety standards. The individual will also provide technical support, handle customer inquiries, and create a fun, interactive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operations Management**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the touch screen wall and air hockey table areas.
- Ensure the touch screen wall is functioning properly and that interactive software is updated and calibrated.
- Manage air hockey table operation, ensuring that it is properly maintained and ready for use.
- Handle customer bookings, maintain schedules, and ensure there is no overcrowding.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and assist customers, explaining how to use the touch screen wall and air hockey table.
- Provide hands-on guidance for interactive games and activities on the touch screen wall.
- Assist customers with air hockey rules and game etiquette to ensure fair play.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Perform routine checks on the touch screen wall, ensuring the screen and sensors are in good working condition.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues with the touch screen wall, coordinating with tech support when necessary.
- Maintain the air hockey table, checking the puck, paddles, and air flow to ensure the table is functioning smoothly.
- Regularly clean and sanitize both the touch screen and air hockey table to maintain hygiene standards.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that all users follow safety rules while interacting with the touch screen wall and air hockey table.
- Monitor customer behavior to prevent any damage to equipment or harm to others.
- Ensure the environment around the equipment is safe, clean, and free of any hazards.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Train, supervise, and schedule support staff (if applicable) to assist in the management of both the touch screen wall and air hockey areas.
- Ensure staff understand the operation of the equipment and how to handle customer interactions effectively.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance, ensuring quality service and operational efficiency.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Plan and organize special events, tournaments, or private group activities for both the touch screen wall and air hockey table.
- Customize interactive experiences on the touch screen for group events or corporate functions.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange special games or challenges on the air hockey table.
- **Inventory and Reporting**:

- Maintain an inventory of accessories and parts for both the touch screen wall and air hockey table (such as software updates, paddles, pucks, etc.).
- Track daily usage statistics, customer feedback, and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Ensure all maintenance or replacement needs are addressed promptly to minimize downtime.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

**Qualifications**:
