Business Development Specialist

Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends within the corporate interest.
Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives.
Identify, establish, and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Drive sales initiatives to increase revenue, including negotiating contracts and closing deals.
Prepare and present business proposals, bids, and tenders to potential clients and partners.
Monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and market advantage.
Enhance the company's brand presence and reputation through targeted marketing and promotional activities.
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, achievements, and market insights for senior management.
Work closely with other departments, including marketing, projects, trading, and finance, to ensure alignment of business development strategies with overall company goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote business opportunities.
Develop and manage the business development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development within the oil and gas industry is advantage.
Strong understanding of the oil and gas market, including key trends, players, and technologies.
Communication Skills complex information clearly and persuasively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Experience in managing business development projects from conception to completion.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.
Language: Bilingual
