We are looking for a customer relation officer (front line) with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the customer service officer, you will work directly with the clients to provide company services, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic.

**key roles and responsibilities**:

- Write reports and create presentations to communicate customer information.
- investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
- Excellent writing, verbal and listening communication skills.
- Must have the ability to effectively present information.
- Actively share information as required with co-workers and team members.
- Team worker with good interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customer

**Minimum Qualification & Requirements**:

- Minimum of a bachelor’s / diploma degree in business.
- 2-5 years of customer services/relation experience.
- Basic math and computer skills are needed.
- Along with time management, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated attitude with the ability to multitask and thrive in a timeline-driven environment.
- Interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader audience.
- Ability to work individually or as part of a team.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
