**Job Title: Secondary Level Supervisor**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Oversight**: Develop, implement, and oversee the secondary curriculum, ensuring it meets educational standards and incorporates Islamic values.
- **Content Management**: Create and manage engaging and informative educational content for secondary students, integrating technology where appropriate.
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and support secondary level teachers, providing guidance, training, and assistance to ensure effective teaching practices.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the secondary curriculum and educational content, making improvements as needed.
- **Student Engagement**: Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation and enthusiasm for learning.
- **Administrative Duties**: Handle administrative tasks related to the secondary level, including scheduling, reporting, and communication with parents and staff.
- **Technology Integration**: Utilize educational technology tools to enhance the learning experience and manage online learning platforms efficiently.
- **Problem Solving**: Address and resolve any issues that arise within the secondary level promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in both English and Arabic.
- Strong background in secondary education with experience in curriculum development and supervision.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Technologically adept and comfortable with various educational technologies and digital tools.
- Highly energetic, quick-thinking, and proactive in addressing challenges.
- A passion for education and a commitment to the mission and values of our Islamic school.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Education, Secondary Education, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an online or remote learning environment.
- Knowledge of Islamic studies and ability to integrate Islamic ethics into educational content (preferred, not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From QAR1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
