**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning staff to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify areas needing attention and ensure that cleaning practices meet company standards.
- Train new cleaning staff and provide ongoing training to ensure adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies inventory, placing orders as needed and ensuring proper storage and handling.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inspections, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve any cleanliness or sanitation issues.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are used safely and maintained in good working condition.
- Address and resolve any personnel issues or conflicts within the cleaning team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training is a plus.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a food production or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures, especially in food processing settings.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using cleaning equipment and understanding of safety procedures.

Pay: QAR1,000.00 - QAR1,500.00 per month
