Must have 2 - 5 years’ experience in Qatar

**Duration**: Permanent

**Salary**: Negotiable

**Duty Hours**: Daily 12:00pm to Night 01:00am (Shifts)

**Job location**: Mall of Qatar, Pearl, Souq Wakif
Abu Hamour, Tawar mall, Vendome mall,

Musheireb, Centro mall

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1. Obtain client information and queries by answering telephone calls.

2. Handling Guest Complaints and forwarding to the concern team.

3. Handling Complaints related to failed booking with the help of IT, Accounts and Operations Department.

4. Handling Enquiries and Comments receiving through Website and Call Centre mail.

5. Communicating Offers and promotions through Calls, Mails and WhatsApp.

6. Communicating about the Policies and Facilities through Calls, Mails and WhatsApp.

7. Handling Customer satisfaction survey and communicating to the respective team.

8. Preparing Weekly Customer Satisfaction Survey report and sharing it with Marketing and Operations Team.

9. Handling Ticket Swap and Cancellation in coordination with respective Team as per the company policies.

10.Maintaining Customer Data base.

11.Handling Customer loyalty in coordination with Marketing and IT Department.

12.Managing Complaints related to Guest Loyalty.

**Skills Requirement**:

- Arabic & English speaking fluently
