We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs, HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Recruitment consultants have the skills of salespeople and headhunters. They possess sound judgement and communication aptitude. If you also have strong ethics and a collaborative spirit, we want to meet you.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise HR staff perfomance and guide employees to better perfomance while ensuring good working relationship with employees
- Assist the HR department in the hiring process
- Develop strategies and implement changes that improve job knowledge
- Extensive experience in administrative work such as making transfers and templates, keeping records, and reviewing HR policies
- Assist HR manager with the daily HR operations and processes
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are a prerequisite for an HR Executive Job

**Requirements and skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- 2+ years of working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst, or a similar role in the Human Resources department
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS
- A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matters
- Should have good knowledge of employment policies and legislation
- Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
