The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in the human resources department by supporting various HR functions and activities. This position is responsible for assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Executive also ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, contributing to a positive work environment and the achievement of the organization's strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring all required documentation is completed.
- **Employee Relations**: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and professional manner.

Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- **Performance Management**:Support the performance appraisal process by assisting with goal setting, feedback collection, and performance evaluations.

Maintain performance-related records and reports.
- **Compliance and Policies**:Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and files.
- **Training and Development**:Collaborate with the training department to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.

Encourage employees' professional development and career growth.
- **Benefits Administration**:Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.

Address employee questions and concerns related to benefits.
- **HR Administration**: Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including preparing HR-related documents, updating databases, and maintaining HR files.

Assist with HR projects, data analysis, and reporting.
- **Employee Data Management**:Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave records, and performance data.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or in a similar HR role is preferred.
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have a valid Qatar ID, Passport with NOC
- Able to join immediately
