**About the role**:
As the Security Regulations Coordinator, you will deliver the advanced operational support required to ensure the Qatar Airways (QR) Aviation Security Regulations Team deliver the design, development, publication and maintenance of the QR aircraft operator security programme (AOSP).

You will be responsible for:

- Providing advanced operational support in relation to the projects of activity required to maintain the AOSP, including, but not limited to, operational analysis, mapping and reviewing procedures, preparing project documentation, action tracking, following up with stakeholders, recording and filing
- The analytical support to assist with the administration of the QR database for all correspondence with Appropriate Authorities of States QR conduct flight operations in
- The analytical support required to aid the delivery of projects to implement an effective Security Management System (SeMS), that also incorporates the requirements of the IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA)
- Support the delivery of projects required to continually improve the procedures and software systems that the Regulations Team use
- Support the delivery of security occurrence data for QR with a focus on the preparation of professional, attractive and articulate reports
- Provide the administration and delivery support around the preparation of regular security promotional campaigns/quarterly communication sessions/ department briefings with stakeholders

You have:

- Integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills with an exceptional level of attention to detail
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and Microsoft PowerPoint for presentations
- Excellent spoken and written business English
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of audiences on an international basis
- The ability to identify priority assignments and adjust your schedule to deliver quality outputs within the prescribed time
- Persistence when faced with challenging projects
- The ability to work alone, a ‘self-starter’, who is also a ‘completer, finisher’
- An understanding of the need for efficiency, continuous improvement and customer care

**Job Specific Skills - Essential**
- Knowledge of ICAO Annex 17, ICAO Document 8973 and States National Civil Aviation Security Programmes
- Experience of working in an aviation security team within an airport, airline or appropriate authority
- Skilled at managing large sets of data
- Skilled at gathering the appropriate data from large data sets
- Skilled at transforming data into presentations that are professional, attractive and articulate key messages in a manner that supports decision-making
