**What’s the job?**
As a **Housekeeping Attendant **you are responsible to clean guest rooms, suites and/or public area assigned by your supervisor in a timely and thorough manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. **Promote the desired work culture by living the 5 winning ways value - **_Do the Right thing, Show we care, Aim Higher, Celebrate Difference, Work better together._**

**Your day-to-day**
- Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc.
- May include cleaning of kitchen area, room refrigerator, coffee maker, cups, glasses, silverware, etc
- Notify supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
- Report any room unable to be serviced to supervisor according to established procedures.
- Report to supervisor needed repairs or unsafe conditions.
- Monitor and control supplies and amenities, and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.
- Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with other departments.
- Respond to guest complaints, special requests and ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
- Report, turn in, and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures
- May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects.
- May assist with other duties as assigned.
- May have turndown duties.

**What We Need From You**:
Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

- Similar experience in a luxury hotel
- A business-related degree or equivalent
- Experience in effective learning and development methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and diverse work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English & Arabic
- Additional language is an added advantage
- Strong organizational skills
- Result-oriented and self-motivated along with a positive attitude
