Admin Sales Coordinator

Assisting the sales team with day-to-day operations and administrative support
- Managing customer inquiries and providing timely responses
- Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments
- Preparing and distributing sales reports and performance metrics
- Handling in-coming calls related to sales and repair inquiries
- Processing sales orders accurately and ensuring timely delivery. Tracking orders and keeping customers informed about the status of their orders.
- Effective communication facilitation is integral to a sales coordinator’s job description, fostering cooperation among various departments.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer and sales data. Generating reports and insights for sales analysis. Within the framework of a sales coordinator job description, effective data management is a core responsibility, ensuring accuracy in sales reports.
- Providing support to the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.

- Utilising CRM software to manage customer interactions, record communications, and track sales leads.
