Key Accountabilities:
Role Purpose

The Senior Multimedia Producer is responsible for producing engaging and diverse multimedia content for all Qatar Museum’s public-facing digital channels, targeted to QM’s varied audiences. This content includes video (snippets, short and long-form), images (photographic and illustrative) and audio (narration and soundtracks etc.) to be used across websites, mobile, and onsite experiences. The Senior Digital Production Specialist must balance creativity with extensive practical and technical capabilities. This role will work collaboratively with Digital Experience content team members daily and will liaise closely with stakeholders across the wider organization. The Senior Digital Production Specialist will be directly responsible for producing content that connects with target local and global audiences, promotes QM and drives engagement and visitation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Ideate and plan the production of multimedia assets for publication and distribution across the organization’s digital channels, including websites, mobile and onsite experiences, as required.
- Produce and create compelling and high-quality digital media assets as part of wider narratives or as standalone pieces of content.
- Word with Digital Assets Coordinator to ensure digital assets (including raw footage etc.) are well managed and organized.
- Support the development and implementation of efficient workflows and procedures required for effective multimedia production.
- Support the development of technical production guidelines.
- Collaborate with Digital Experience team members and other stakeholders across the organization to develop and deliver content that meets (and exceeds) audience expectations and ensures a consistent, integrated brand identity.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Necessary knowledge to be able to do the job.
- Demonstrated multimedia production skills through a portfolio of work.
- Critical understanding of digital production tools and processes and emerging trends.
- Adobe Creative Suite user (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Aftereffects, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Understanding of digital audience needs, expectations and behaviors.
- Interest in digital metrics and audience-growth best practices.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to oversee projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent creative and organizational skills and a great eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills even when under pressure.
- Familiarity with live stream products and software and other media capture formats such as drones and 360º capture.
- English fluency required, Arabic fluency desired.

- Strong visual awareness, with a good eye for imagery and with technical skills to ensure good quality capture of images.
- Highly organized, capable of managing conflicting/urgent requirements.
- Ability to meet deadlines and multitask concurrent creative projects.
- Able to take on a variety of tasks as required of a small team.
- Able to remain calm under pressure.
- A clear and confident communicator who can build trust and effectively manage/respond to stakeholders.
- Organized and efficient, able to work quickly and accurately.

Education, Experience, and certification requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in media production or related field.
- 9 years of experience required.
