**Job Summary**: The **Social Media & Digital Marketing Manage**r is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies across various online platforms. They create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Their goal is to enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and drive business growth through digital channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Manage and maintain social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement to build and strengthen the brand's online presence.
- Analyze social media and website metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and optimize performance for maximum ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design and content, to create compelling and visually appealing digital assets for marketing campaigns.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms, maintaining a positive brand image and fostering community engagement.
- Utilize SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve organic search rankings for relevant keywords.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities for influencer partnerships and collaborations to expand brand reach and credibility.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 2-3 years in similar role
