A opportunity has arisen to join this amazing luxury Waterpark property, the hotel is part of an international group, as the Director of Sales
- To be responsible for leading, directing, and motivating the Sales team
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop marketing collateral, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials to support sales efforts, enhance brand awareness, and effectively communicate the value proposition
- Ensure that the yearly sales budget is achieved and exceeded
- Implement management standards and quality guidelines
- Develop sales strategies to penetrate target markets
- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other stakeholders
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Your experience and skills include:

- Previous experience in GCC
- Previous experience in a Waterpark in a similar capacity for at least 4 years
- Fluency in English language to speak and present clearly and effectively, ideally with fluency in Turkish
- Innovative and creative to create new brand strategies that attract new clientele and succeed over competition
- Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them

Arabic Language is preferred
