Warranty Processor - Luxury Automobiles

Work Location - Doha, Qatar

Description:

- Efficiently manage warranty claims and processes within a high-end automobile dealership setting, specializing in luxury German brands such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, etc.
- Ensure accurate documentation and submission of warranty claims to manufacturers, adhering to all relevant guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate closely with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturers to facilitate timely resolution of warranty issues and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Maintain meticulous records of warranty transactions and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to streamline processes and minimize errors.
- Utilize dealership software systems proficiently to track warranty claims, monitor reimbursement status, and generate comprehensive reports for management review.

Pay: QAR4,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
