Clinical Pathologist

**About the role**

Clinical pathologists are medical doctors who specialize in the field of pathology. They interpret and analyze diagnostic tests, such as biopsies or blood tests, to determine the cause of disease or illness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Performing laboratory tests to detect diseases in patients by analyzing blood samples, cultures, biopsies, and other tissue samples
- Communicating test results to physicians in a timely manner
- Recording observations about patient conditions, treatments, and outcomes of treatment over time
- Conducting research to improve diagnostic techniques and therapies for disease treatment
- Ordering additional lab tests or referring patients to other specialists as needed
- Interpreting test results to determine the presence of infection or disease.

**Requirements**:
Bachelors in MEDICINE (MBBS)

Proven work experience as a Pathologist or similar role.

Freshers can also apply.

Valid and active QCHP license.(Full Permanent Certifications Required with or without QID)

Experience using lab testing equipment, such as microscopes and flow cytometers.

Exceptional analytical and research skills.

Relevant training and/or certifications as a Pathologist.
