Car Sales Executive

Edition Motors LTD. offers the service of importing and selling luxurious vehicles from abroad to our cliental base in the middle east. Applicants are required to be bilingual since it is required in this line of work as well as being in Qatar. The job posted involves a monthly salary (3,500-4,500) and a commission of up to 15,000.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Schedule sales appointments and meetings in the office
- Promote products/services to new and existing customers
- Study the car market on a regular basis
- Perform Callbacks to generate sales
- Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship
- Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships to to prolong customer lifetime value
- Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction
- Source and develop client referrals
- Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Continuously improve through feedback
Salesperson Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience of at least 5 years in the field of car sales
- Knowledge in the Qatari car market
- Knowledge of Worldwide Car Market
- General Knowledge in Cars
- Needs to be well-spoken and bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Aptitude for negotiation and persuasion
- Highly motivated, determined, and target driven
- Proven track record in the sales environment
- Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales quota
- Ability to create and deliver client presentations
- Expert in time management and personal organization
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but may accept relevant experience
**Salary**: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month
