We are seeking an experienced Contracts Professional who is well versed in full spectrum of Contracts management. You will need to be results driven and someone who is able to work at a fast pace in a team with energy and focus. You will support to safeguard Company interests in signed contracts from the Contract signing stage to Contract closure during delivery and handing over stages. This includes but not limited to support in preparing / reviewing supervision contracts, addressing contractual matters, managing claims, resolving disputes and providing expert advice.

**Job Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Support end to end Contract lifecycle.
- Assist to monitors & review existing Contracts and ensures that all Contracts follow & comply with the required standards.
- Support to monitor the change management process in order to manage any variation to the Contract clauses/Scope.
- Assist to manage Variation Orders, Claims, and Time variations/ penalties and ensure that the change management is following the process and right approval authority.
- Assist to develop and implement strategies for the preparation and submission of claims, including EOT

(Extension of Time) and prolongation cost claims
- Support to manage any issues relevant to extension of time, Contractual claims, variations, loss and expense claims to the Client
- Support to negotiate and recommend best way forward to resolve disputes to ensure mutual satisfaction of both parties and liaise with relevant departments (e.g. Legal, Pricing, Delivery. etc.) as needed for proper dispute management
- Support to identify and evaluates Vendor needs & controls and ensures that the Customer and Vendors Contracts are aligned.
- Support on communicating with the Vendors and performing the quality check, dealing with the price and improvements.
- Support to manage & Control Contract performance for the Vendor Contracts.
- Assist to verify Customer and Vendor Bills.
- Assist to handle the identification & management of contract risks
- Experience in negotiating, writing, and interpreting terms, conditions, and requirements of contractual agreements
- Works with bid management & other teams within and outside the BU to ensure that the Contract is closely aligned to the scope of the Contract document and that all areas of the Contract are compliant with those requirements.
- Work with key stakeholders including Legal, Pre-Sales, Bid Management, Account Managers, etc.
- Support to verify Contract performance, completion, and final financial settlement and issue related certificates.

**Minimum Experience and Essential Knowledge**:

- 08 years of experience in Telecom & ICT industry with at least 5 years in Contracts Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Have a strong understanding of Contract Administration, Claims, Dispute and Change
- Management.
- Proven expertise in end to end Contract Management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - both verbal and written in English.
- Knowledge on IACCM, NCMA processes and FIDIC Standards will be preferred.

**Salary**: QAR20,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
