**Roles and Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a highly effective Enterprise Architect to join our team. This person will play a critical role in sales, assessment and delivery of various technology domains. The ideal Enterprise Architect possesses vast experience in professional services and solution-selling environments and has a background that illustrates extensive capabilities in Enterprise Architecture inclusive of Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture and Technology Management.
- Determine business needs and identify system specifications.
- Analyze the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller manageable parts.
- Communicate system requirements to developers; explain system structure to them and aid throughout the development process while involving in the sprint planning.
- Evaluate and suggest suitable software, hardware, and Integration methods.
- Ensure that systems satisfy quality standards and procedures.
- Produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery.
- Lead code review process.
- Design & Architect enterprise Integration solutions.
- Manage team of size more than 10 people.
- Adjust and align priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in design of Java Enterprise Applications.
- Expert level experience in Java, JSF, Servlets, Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Spring Integration, Spring Batch.
- Ability to code skeleton design and proof of concept.
- Expertise in JBPM or any other workflow tool.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus(ESB) like Camel.
- Experience in Message Oriented Middleware integration JMS, ActiveMQ or similar ones.
- Expertise in Microservices, restful services & SOAP.
- Expert in Application troubleshooting and fine tuning.
- Knowledge of Application server architecture.
- Knowledge of data indexing and search tools like Elastic.
- Expertise in performance fine tuning.
- Working knowledge on Authentication frameworks like Oath, SAML & JWT.
- Strong knowledge of UML based design tools.
- Domain expertise in Supply chain or shipping & transportation domain.
- Knowledge of Build & Automation tools for CI/CD like Jenkins and ANT.
