- Ensure the correct asset hierarchy is defined for MATAR assets in order to optimize the maintenance and maintain the life cycle of assets in alignment with the asset management system.
- Developing the strategic plan and drive continuous improvement programs to optimize asset maintenance through identifying the best industrial solutions.
- Managing the MATAR maintenance data standards, through the coordination of Oracle eAM change requests to assure conformity to MATAR Asset Management System.
- Responsible for determining maintenance costs, including material and labor through Oracle eAM in order to support bottoms up budget approach.
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and leading schedulers & planners as they provide
- Preparing operating budget of section and ensure expenditure kept within the budget.
- Performe technical evaluation of internally managed projects and participate in negotiation with external vendors.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
- Experience in large and complex work environment involving management of many internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Expert Knowledge of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) such as: Oracle, SAP, Maximo.
- Competent in leading, coaching and guiding a team.
- Sound knowledge and proven experience with maintenance planning of airport systems.
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
- Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Valid GCC license is a must
