Hiring “Procurement Expeditor” for our reputed Holding group based company

Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below:
1. Should possess minimum 3+ years as Procurement Officer including Qatar market.

2. Must possess good exposure within Qatar market.

3. Immediate joiners preferred

4. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID.

**Responsibilities**:
To prepare and handle delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely and smooth supply of goods and services to projects.
- Monitor, report and mitigate suppliers performance in terms of delivery schedule.
- Handle any delivery inconsistencies or delays with suppliers.
- Develop and implement the appropriate recovery plan to improve delivery of goods.
- Coordinate and liaise with Logistics to ensure the proper transportation mode, documentation is performed.
- Review received shipping documentation for accuracy.
- Deal directly with suppliers to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate locations.
- Interact with concerned department and resolve problems and issues related to purchased goods.
- Abide by all group policies and procedures.

**Education**:

**Experience**:

- Procurement Expeditor: 3 years (preferred)
- Procurement in Qatar market: 2 years (preferred)
- Market Analysis, Negotiations & Reporting: 1 year (preferred)
- Shipping documentation & Supplier and Logistic relations: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:

- Qatar ID (preferred)
- valid Qatar Driving License (Preferred not mandatory) (preferred)
