Human Resources Supervisor

**1. ** Supervise all daily operation functions of HR dept. and report to HR Manager to sort out all pending matters in the department.
**2. ** Act as a point of contact for all staff regarding all HR related grievance & dispute matter.
**3. ** Supervise the process of reviewing job description for all position at regular interval and updating them in coordination with the respective managers/head of dept.
**5. ** Supervise the monthly payroll process to ensure that all document is accurate as per HR record.
**6. ** Control and manage all required step of new joiner’s process.
**7. ** Supervise the annual evaluation process with the assigned HR staff.
**8. ** To cover and replace the absence of any HR staff - if needed; during his annual/emergency leave.
**9. ** Supervise the JCI accreditation process of HR chapter with the assigned HR focal point staff.
**10. **Perform any other tasks/report assigned by the HR Manager.
- *A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, a related field._
- *Professional certifications such as PHR (or SHRM-CP (SHRM Certified Professional) can be advantageous and demonstrate a high level of expertise in the field._
- *4-6 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, including experience in areas such as HR generalist, recruitment, or employee relations._
- *Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is often preferred, showcasing the ability to lead and manage a team of HR professionals_
- *Familiarity with the specific industry the company operates in can be valuable, as HR practices can vary across different sectors._
