Job Title: IT Quality Assurance Analyst

Location: Qatar

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software products and services.

Execute manual and automated tests to validate software functionality and performance.

Identify, isolate, and document software defects and issues.

Work with development teams to reproduce and resolve software defects and issues.

Develop and maintain automated test suites for regression testing.

Perform load and performance testing to ensure software scalability and reliability.

Analyze and report on test results, defects, and issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 3 years of experience in IT quality assurance.

Experience with manual and automated testing tools and techniques.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.

Proficiency in at least one programming language.

Experience with load and performance testing.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

Fluent in English and Arabic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: QAR1.00 per month
