Job Description: FEMALE **Bodywork Practitioner / Massage Therapist ** (Health and Wellness Center)

Monthly Salary**:QAR 4,500** to **QAR 5,000** (Full package / All in)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of massage and bodywork techniques tailored to clients' individual needs and preferences
- Utilize modalities such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and others to address specific concerns.
- Conduct thorough initial consultations with clients to understand their health history, preferences, and specific areas of focus.
- Assess clients' physical condition, pain levels, and mobility to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Administer bodywork sessions with exceptional technique, maintaining professional boundaries at all times.
- Adapt pressure, techniques, and session length based on client feedback and physical responses.
- Educate clients about the benefits of various bodywork modalities and techniques.
- Provide recommendations for self-care, stretching, and exercises to complement the treatment and promote continued well-being.
- Maintain open and clear communication with clients to ensure their comfort, answer questions, and address concerns.
- Collaborate with clients to adjust treatment plans as needed and track progress over time.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, adhering to hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper care and sanitation of equipment, linens, and supplies used during sessions.
- Uphold ethical standards and professional boundaries in all client interactions.
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to industry regulations and guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- Certification or licensure as a Massage Therapist or Bodywork Practitioner from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience in administering various massage modalities and bodywork techniques.
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and the effects of massage on the body.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs.
- Empathy, compassion, and a genuine desire to improve clients' well-being.
- Ability to adapt techniques based on client feedback and physical responses.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

**Work Environment**:
The Bodywork Practitioner / Massage Therapist will primarily work in our health and wellness center.

**Salary**: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
