**The role of the CrossFit Trainer**

To design and implement exercise programmes for a range of individual Clients within a group class or individual program.

Collecting and analyzing Client information, ensuring an effective personal/group exercise programme.

Gives advice to members with regards to maintaining correct techniques during exercises and correct use of equipment.

Trainer will actively encourage potential Clients / Members to join and adhere to regular exercise programmes by motivational strategies to achieve targets and KPI's Requirements

**Education**:CFL1, CrossFit judges course, spot the flaw online course, online scaling course

**Experience**: 1-3 years Behavioral

**Competencies**:

- Maintain a positive attitude.
- Possess strong motivational, interpersonal and communication skills Enjoy meeting people and building a rapport with members, encouraging them in regular participation of exercise programs and sport.

**COMPETENCIES (MUST)**
- Level 2 PT
- Level 1 CrossFit
- 3 years' experience
- Age range 21 - 27
- European, Australian, Americans
- Salary 10k - 12k all in
- Effective coaching methods, great communication skills, adaptability
