**Job description**

The Pearl Gates has a great opportunity for a reliable Commercial Property Real Estate Agent who has a successful track record of leasing and sales of commercial property. As a Commercial Property Advisor, you will be a key player in our commercial real estate division, specializing in the leasing and sales of commercial properties. Your primary responsibilities include conducting property viewings, securing property listings, and successfully closing deals with businesses and investors. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, effective communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex transactions.

**Objectives**:

- Be responsible for end-to-end management of commercial property sales, ensuring positive client experience.
- Serve as main point of contact between property owners and prospective buyers and ensure a fair deal for all parties.
- Assist landlords in promoting their properties for sale and offer advice to interested buyers.
- Negotiate and prepare relevant paperwork (contracts, deeds, leases) prior to sale of commercial property.
- Perform comparative market analysis to accurately value commercial properties.
- Conduct research of the local real estate market and stay up to date on industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and conduct property viewings for potential commercial tenants or buyers.
- Showcase commercial properties, highlighting their features and potential uses.
- Provide in-depth information and address inquiries to facilitate decision-making.
- Proactively identify and secure new commercial property listings for lease or sale.
- Collaborate with property owners, landlords, and developers to gather relevant information for compelling listings.
- Ensure accurate and comprehensive property details to attract potential clients.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their commercial space requirements and business objectives.
- Negotiate lease or sale terms and conditions to achieve successful deal closures.
- Facilitate the transaction process, including drafting and reviewing commercial lease agreements or sales contracts.
- Stay informed about local and regional commercial real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
- Adjust strategies based on market dynamics to maximize success.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, landlords, businesses, and investors.
- Act as the primary contact throughout the commercial real estate transaction, addressing client concerns and inquiries.
- Provide exemplary customer service to enhance client satisfaction and build long-term partnerships.
- Ensure all commercial real estate transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review commercial lease agreements or sales contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee the documentation process with meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of commercial property listings, client interactions, and transaction details.
- Provide regular reports on commercial property activities to management.
- Create and manage marketing strategies to promote properties on various platforms.
- Always maintain company’s customer service and sales standards.

**Requirements**:

- Real estate experience (preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Good knowledge of the areas in Qatar.
- Excellent knowledge of the local commercial property market.
- Well-developed communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong ability to multitask, solve problems creatively, and bounce back quickly from rejection.
- High levels of personal responsibility, honesty, and empathy.
- Salary is based on commission.
