- Managing employee benefits, allowances, and deductions.
4. **Compliance with Labor Laws**
- Ensuring compliance with Qatar's labor laws and regulations.
- Processing work visas, residence permits, and renewals for employees.
- Keeping updated with changes in labor legislation in Qatar.
5. **Training and Development**
- Creating development plans for employees’ career growth.
6. **Performance Management**
- Setting up performance appraisal systems.
- Monitoring and evaluating employee performance regularly.
- Offering feedback and suggestions for improvement.
7. **HR Policies and Documentation**
- Drafting and updating HR policies and employee handbooks.
- Maintaining employee records and HR databases.
- Ensuring proper documentation for all HR activities.
8. **Health, Safety, and Welfare**
- Implementing health and safety regulations in the workplace.
- Organizing medical insurance and benefits for employees.
- Addressing employee welfare concerns.
9. **Employee Engagement and Retention**
- Planning and executing engagement activities and events.
- Addressing grievances to improve job satisfaction.
- Developing retention strategies to reduce employee turnover.
10. **Exit Management**
- Managing resignation, termination, or retirement processes.
- Conducting exit interviews and preparing final settlements.
