As a Senior Manager Digital Marketing, you will be responsible to lead the conceptual planning and execution of the whole Digital marketing budget with the objective of achieving the digital marketing KPls. Head of all marketing channels and ensure each one is achieving its objectives. Ensure the right digital marketing technologies are in place as well as processes to deliver efficient and successful digital campaigns. You would be responsible to stay on top of all tracking and monitoring tools that are necessary to measure digital performance.

Other key responsibilities are:

- Based in Doha, with oversight of media buying for all global markets.
- Accountable to reach all set targets and objectives for digital and e-marketing within the agreed cost of sale
- Set all necessary KPls for each digital channel and sub-channel.
- Use most recent data analysis methods to achieve set targets.
- Budget and manage the multi-million digital marketing budget of the airline in the most cost efficient way to achieve KPls.
- Ensures to grow the share of Loyal consumers through digital marketing campaign, tools and technologies Grow Direct Direct share in the e-marketing portfolio and subsequently decrease dependency on paid advertisement.
- Actively contribute to increase online share penetration of digital within Qatar Airways network revenue.
- Accountable for consistently monitor performance of all paid digital channels and ensure each channel will achieve the respective objectives, KPls with help of comprehensive dashboards and performance tools.
- Implement audit controls to adhere to budgeting, workflows and processes.
- Implement efficient media buy processes.
- Ensure efficient implementation of digital visibility, awareness at global level according to company objectives

**Qualifications**:
About You

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the Digital Marketing and Acquisition Team.
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree or equivalent is essential.
- 10+ years of job-related experience
- Expert understanding of digital marketing techniques and advanced marketing technologies
- Proven leadership in a e-Marketing environment.
- Proven experience of growing direct channels
- Experience and ability to delegate work, set clear direction, and manage workflow with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
