**Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine maintenance on all technical equipment, including but not limited to machinery, hardware, and devices.
- Perform inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become critical.
- **Repair and Troubleshooting**:

- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in technical systems and equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- **Preventive Maintenance**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all equipment.
- Ensure that preventive maintenance tasks are carried out on time to prevent unexpected breakdowns.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Create documentation for standard operating procedures related to equipment maintenance.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Manage and update an inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of required materials.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Coordinate with other departments to schedule maintenance activities that minimize disruption to operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide technical guidance when needed.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure that all maintenance activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Implement safety measures to protect maintenance personnel and prevent accidents.
- **Training and Support**:

- Train and guide maintenance staff on proper procedures and best practices.
- Provide technical support and assistance to other departments as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, civil engineering, or a related field is often preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing technical equipment.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:

- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Effective communication skills to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical personnel.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- High attention to detail to perform thorough inspections and maintain accurate records.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and other departments.
