**Job Summary**

The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting merchants with technical inquiries, ensuring the smooth setup of the services, and facilitating the settlement of transactions, and other IT-related tasks that may come up. This role requires an excellent understanding of Excel functionalities, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with merchants and internal teams to deliver outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Engaging in merchant coordination and offering technical support for addressing any potential challenges they encounter.
- Facilitating communication and collaboration within the internal team concerning merchant requests, inquiries, and related matters.
- Generate reports to monitor merchant performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Transaction reconciliation and generating reports.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in APIs, particularly in the context of REST API integration, is a prerequisite.
- Familiarity with a variety of programming languages is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, coupled with a sharp attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with merchants and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent in using relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft **Excel**, for data analysis and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering / computer sciences or any relevant field
- 2 + years work experience
- NOC to change sponsorship is required

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: Up to QAR5,000.00 per month
