Human Resources and Administration Officer

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related courses
- Related experience in HR and Administration
- Familiarization of local labor laws and practices
- Advanced computer and communications skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in all HR and Admin activities
- Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential
- Handle employee relations duties such as processing of employees’ residence permits, medical check-up, finger prints, medical card, etc.
- Provide payroll information by collecting time and attendance records and complete payroll data process accordingly
- Monitor employees’ overtime records
- Coordinate all activities related to document control procedure
- Process and handle employees’ personal requests such as approval of vacations, issuing letters and salary certificates, etc.
- Handle raising purchase requisition and payment request of monthly bills related to HR and Admin Department
- Generate weekly report on employees’ activities such as vacation, letters and circulars issued, trainings conducted, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as required
