**Qualifications**:
**Educational Background**: A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering **[mandatory]**. Relevant technical certifications would be an added advantage.

**Technical Expertise**:
**Testing and Commissioning**:Conduct testing and commissioning activities on electrical systems and equipment.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing processes.

**Documentation**:Prepare comprehensive documentation for testing and commissioning procedures.
Generate reports detailing test results, deviations, and recommended corrective actions.

**Collaboration**:Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines.
Work closely with design and construction teams to address issues and ensure system integrity.

**Training and Support**:Provide training to end-users and maintenance teams on the operation of commissioned systems.
Offer technical support during the project lifecycle and post-commissioning phase.

**Quality Assurance**:Implement quality assurance measures to guarantee the reliability and performance of commissioned systems.
Participate in quality audits to identify areas for improvement.

**Safety Compliance**:Adhere to and promote safety protocols during testing and commissioning activities.
Identify and address potential safety hazards in the work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in testing and commissioning electrical systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in using testing equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of PLCs, SCADA systems, and other control systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Age**:Less than 33 years
