**Main Responsibilities**
- Assist guests with IT related issues and ensure all guest complaints are investigated and proper action taken to rectify
- Create and maintain systems users ID
- Upkeep filing, document control, and equipment tracking to prevent loss of existing IT assets and maintain updated IT inventory
- Ensure IT Daily task are carried out and completed
- Assisting with the implementation of new technologies, equipment, and network services related to IT
- Assisting with identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving IT appliance and connectivity issues
- Assisting with maintaining a thorough inventory of IT equipment and devices, and monitoring the repair and replacement of non-working, damaged and/or obsolete equipment
- Interacting with partners, attorneys, support colleague, office administrators, and guests, and providing individual instruction in equipment setup and operation when needed.
- Assists to ensure IT policies and procedures are reviewed annually and carried out.
- Assists in the delivery of technology training programs for all hotel colleagues.
- Documenting, archiving all correspondence and trouble shooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.
**Requirements**:
- Junior School qualification or equivalent
- Specific Degree or Diploma in relevant areas is plus
- Proven experience as IT assistant or similar role
- Advance knowledge of Outlook and MS Teams
- Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
