About the role:
You will be responsible for creating, owning and implementing a sustainable and effective Continuous Improvement and Transformation plan (CI&T). You will advocate CI&T solutions and methodologies to close any performance gaps in the assigned portfolio. You will lead process improvement and techniques, bringing transparency to operational and process performance with the purpose of delivering enhancements in efficiency, productivity and quality. You will establish the operational ways of working and data structures to develop a rhythm and routine that embeds continuous improvement using internal and external data sources. You will manage relationships with stakeholder groups across the business enabling an aligned performance and improvement dialogue.

Below are some of the key accountabilities:

- Work across end to end processes to identify and drive middle/large opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity and quality.
- Lead and manage middle/large scale project in the area of scope by implementation of an innovative and comprehensive CI&T plan to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Prioritize process improvement opportunities in the assigned portfolio and drive projects to achieve desired business results
- Build automated and sustainable data sets to drive performance transparency, and process improvement to ensure efficiency, productivity, quality within the organization
- Development management reporting tools and timetables to facilitate communication with stakeholder and clear led evaluation of CI&T projects success
- Develop process improvement capabilities, tools and techniques in order to support the business to reach their business objectives.
- Facilitate development of the department’s taxonomy and design principles to deliver effective work placement in line with Global best practice, drive increased effectiveness and efficiency. Build effective stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

About you:

- Command of English language
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with minimum 6 years of job-related experience
- Experience in managing medium/large scale projects
- Ability to collaborate and influence colleagues and senior executives in line with designed frameworks and strategic concepts
- Ability to contribute to technical framework design and to build effective data structures to move design to action
- Confidence to engage and lead service relationships and to cross-functionally represent finance and shared services
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and/or Project management qualification preferred
