Develops and documents the recent and future Quality Improvement plans in accordance to the standard professional practice.
- Review all policies of procedures of all department and follow approval by Top Management
- Following implementation of accreditation standards and follow up different team to achieve reaccreditation.
- Ensures implementation of Quality Improvement Division plans, tracks their progress and provides follow-up evaluations.
- Oversees the daily operation of the continuing care/quality improvement department.
- Assists in the assessment of anticipated impact of external regulations and cost containment efforts related to utilization review, quality improvement, continuing care, and case management.
- Responsible for providing a framework to effectively manage a patient’s care from onset of illness to return to health (or stabilization of illness) across the continuum of care.
- Oversees the coordination of performance improvement activities for Board of Directors medical staff departments and operational departments.
- Responsible for department’s operational excellence; ensures department delivers quality services in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Effectively communicates departmental, organizational, and industrial information to staff.
- Attains all agreed to goals and objectives within specified time frames, as part of the organization’s overall mission.
- Writes regular profiles note on Quality Improvement activities and maintains and updates their relevant records.
- Provides consultation services to other departments of the hospital.
