Promocionar la participación del personal y trabajo en equipo para proporcionar el mejor servicio para satisfacer las necesidades de los huéspedes en operaciones de Cuartos y Alimentos y Bebidas. Dentro de las operaciones de Alimentos y Bebidas: Completar las tareas de apertura y cierre, incluyendo la preparación de suministros y utensilios necesarios, limpieza de todo el equipo y áreas, cierre de puertas, etc. Inspeccionar las áreas de almacenamiento para determinar si están organizadas, si se utiliza el sistema FIFO (primero en entrar, primero en salir) y si están limpias. Completar el inventario programado y almacenar y requisar los suministros necesarios. Vigilar los comedores para determinar las plazas disponibles, la calidad del servicio, la seguridad y el bienestar de los huéspedes. Completar los pedidos de trabajo para reparaciones de mantenimiento. Dentro de las operaciones Servicios de los Huéspedes y Cuartos: Inspeccionar las áreas públicas, baños, restaurantes, gimnasio, área de la piscina, oficinas y áreas de servicios después de que las haya limpiado el personal de limpieza para garantizar que se satisfacen los estándares de calidad. Concertar servicio de descubierta para huéspedes importantes (VIP)/cualquier tarifa inclusiva de paquetes, etc. Comunicar adiciones o cambios en las hojas de tareas al personal (es decir, personal de limpieza) a medida que surgen durante el turno. Vigilar las anotaciones en MARSHA y borrar todas las excepciones. Mantener los registros de inscripción en Marriott Rewards y programas de incentivos de la oficina principal. Revisar y mantener todos los códigos de tarifas del mercado. Completar los informes de caja y cierre designados en el sistema de computadoras. Revisar los registros de turnos/memorandos diarios y documentar la información pertinente en los libros de registro. Procesar el registro de huéspedes y promocionar ventas anticipadas de cuartos. Asegurarse de que las tarifas coinciden con los códigos del mercado y que se documente cualquier excepción. Asegurarse de que los cheques que vienen de puntos de venta (es decir, Gimnasio, Establecimiento minorista) sean escaneados y cargados al cuarto. Asistir a gerencia con la contratación, entrenamiento, programación, evaluación, asesoramiento, disciplina y motivación y formación de empleados, y servir como modelo ejemplar y primer punto de contacto del proceso de Garantía de tratamiento justo/política de puertas abiertas.
