- To assist all efforts made in procuring the required materials_ _such as all food & beverage raw materials, equipments, supplies, and Advertising collaterals for Club, in order to attain the maximum profit/margin._
**_ Duties and Responsibilities_**
- _To obtain the quotation from different suppliers as per the requested specifications._
- _To arrange the necessary supporting documents for management approval._
- _To prepare the manual purchase order, obtain purchasing manager’s approval and forward the same for the management approval._
- _To procure the materials in the open market as a cash purchase for those items that are not available with regular suppliers._
- _Assist Purchasing Supervisor to follow up on all the non-received items from the supplier_
- _To prepare the petty cash reimbursements with relevant supporting documents and obtain the replenishment from the accounts department._
- _To collect the cheque from the accounts department when it is requested by the supplier especially in case of advance payment._
- _To generate the purchase orders in Iscala and obtain approval from purchasing manager before sending it to the supplier._
- _To assist Purchasing supervisor in reviewing the orders in Iscala and do necessary amendments with the coordination of cost controller and purchasing manager, if any._
- _To forward all the price amendments received from the supplier to the concerned departments._
- _To convey the non availability of items to the concerned departments_
- _Make recommendations and suggestions on problems relating to space, delivery, issue and stock control._
- _To do the filing of all the relevant documents in a proper manner._
- _To do all the office related jobs like faxing, photocopying etc._
- _Works close together with the store keeper and ensures store space of delivered goods and dispositions of goods._
- _Participate in trainings as part of continuous improvement._
- _To operate in line to the policies and procedures set by the other departments of the Club _
- _Performs other duties as assigned by the Department Head_
