**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in mechanical or marine or any related field
- Min. 5 years in Project Management
- Fluent English and Arabic an advantage
- Project management practices and techniques
- Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2008

**Task Description**:

- Review all contract documents including plans, specifications, schedule, and estimate prior to commence the job. Review Project Strategy document to ascertain what team members’ activities will be. Supervise projects that include a wide range of cost effective services in marine and non-marine fields. To be responsible for the success of the assigned projects with respect of time, scope and budget in compliance with the Project Planning Policy.
- Coordinating small projects outside the shipyard
- Request for adequate manpower to planning office
- Coordinate with estimation department for ensuring quotes and invoices are sent on time to the client
- Ensure project execution is within budget and schedule of the project scope and ensure compliance with corporate standards and guideline.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting and analysing information and trends. Provide continuous updates to the project status and communicate deviations from project plan.
- Follow implementation plans in order to measure the outcomes and monitor the implementations effectively.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
