Our Industrial and Energy Technology (IET) operates across 120 countries and serves the entire energy value-chain and industrial sector. We hold an extensive portfolio of rotating equipment, process flow, transmission technology and lifecycle services. Our Engineering Transformation team work to improve the quality of our Engineering processes.

As a Services Director, you will be responsible for Project Management, Planning, Coordinating activities. This is typically in the context of a production or services ensuring customer satisfaction.

**As a Services Director, you will be responsible for**:

- Looking after contract performance related activities, tied to a customer site.
- Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
- Assuring timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress and negotiating changes and variations and solutions.
- Adhering to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to contract.
- Performing proposal negotiation, and contract administration functions on assigned proposals / contracts with mínimal supervision.
- Being the primary interface with the customer on all contract matters and provide liaison with functional organizations and insure proper communication.
- Being the focal point for all contractual, financial and risk.
- Managing the scope of work of the assigned contracts ensuring highest excellence in the execution, quality and on time delivery.
- Handling complex project processes. Complexity due to inherent technical variety, interdependency of production cycles.
- Handling important business unit clients. Engages in complex long-term processes with important clients.

**To be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
- Have minimum of 15 additional years of experience in Contract Performance Management.
- Have expertise of project cost control and managing customer contractual requirements to completion.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and an ability to build trust-based relationships with customer.
- Be able to work in a variety of difficult environments including customer offices and site locations.
- Demonstrate ability to operate in a matrix organization.
